I had the opportunity to speak with John Klar for our MAHA voices series. John ran for governor of Vermont and is a 7th-generation Vermonter. He is an author and pastor, and our conversation was absolutely fascinating. I find people who are willing to examine their own lives and presuppositions the most interesting kind of souls. John’s book, Small Farm Republic, has been influential in the regenerative agricultural space. He is a front-line mind in the battle for the individual, and our conversation needed more time than my typical interview about politics.
